ABOUT THE WOMEN OF WHISTLER

Our Mission:

To provide an opportunity for local businesswomen to network, gain knowledge, and share ideas in a friendly, relaxed environment.

Objectives:

> To provide informative and relevant speakers

> To increase awareness of trends and activities to the business community

> To encourage and stimulate cooperation and fellowship

> To act as a support and referral network

Meeting Information:

The Women of Whistler meetings are evening events and are held approximately every 2nd month, with a minimum of five regularly scheduled meetings running from September thru June each year. WOW meetings are open to anyone, and once you’ve attended your first meeting, you will be added to the database and informed on the upcoming events. Note that locations do vary.

Format of meetings:

6:00 – 6:45 Welcome reception (check-in) and networking

6:45 – 7:30 Round robin – your opportunity to introduce yourself to the group

7:30 – 8:00 Hearty appetizers are served

8:00 – 8:30 Guest Speaker and Q & A

8:30 – Thank you and announcements
